We’d like to extend a warm welcome back to the firm to Brett Gallow. Brett has joined our Business Department as a Partner. Brett Gallow’s practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Brett’s experience includes the representation of both buyers and sellers in stock and asset purchases, mergers, management buyouts, reorganizations and similar transactions. Brett frequently collaborates with a variety of business stakeholders, financial and tax advisors, and the firm’s tax and estate planning attorneys, to execute complex transactions and engage in strategic planning that results in significant benefits for clients.
