Local
As an organization and as individuals, we serve Orange County through charitable efforts and community engagement.
Our attorneys also give back to local nonprofits by actively supporting organizations in the areas of cultural arts, youth sports, religious institutions, education, and more.
Abroad
As a law firm that serves globally and is dedicated to charitable outreach, we are directly impacting lives and creating positive change.
Our service to these organizations stems from individual passions and interests, as well as the desire to have a positive impact on vulnerable communities.
Our Recent Projects
Jessie Rees Foundation
NEGU – Never Ever Give Up! This slogan is well known amongst our attorneys and staff.
For several years, we have proudly partnered with the Jessie Rees Foundation to spread encouragement, hope, joy and love to Courageous Kids fighting cancer. Our team members have eagerly stuffed JoyJars, shown their creative side crafting encouraging care cards, volunteered to finish baby blankets, and hosted JoyDrives.
Jessie’s JoyJars are 64oz plastic jars with fun, age appropriate toys are shipped to children’s hospitals, care centers, proton clinics, Ronald McDonald Houses, and oncology centers providing a boost of JOY, a giggle, a smile, and a reminder that they are not alone.
The joy of participation is priceless!
Illumination Foundation
We partnered with Illumination Foundation, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) that provides housing and healthcare to the most vulnerable in our community.
As a law firm that serves Orange County, we’re making an impact on local homelessness, one life at a time.
East Africa Partnership
We have sponsored several college-level students through East Africa Partnership.
The program partners with local churches and aid organizations to provide housing, meals, education, involvement in the community, opportunities to be mentored and tutored, and – most importantly – the hope of a better life. Education has the power to transform lives, and building relationships with the students over the year has been a big blessing to us.
As a law firm that serves globally, we have been privileged to meet staff and students from the program who have visited Orange County, as well as the opportunity to serve in person in Kenya.
Wells of Life
Our attorneys, staff, friends, and family partnered with Wells of Life, a 501(c)(3) charity, to provide clean water to families in rural Uganda.
Our participation in a “Run4Water” 5K event raised funds to drill Well #201 for the Omodoi Community. This well provides about a 1000 people with clean water without daily having to walk 5k to get it!
Moved by the experience, several team members have continued to personally support this cause through various endeavors.
Cristo Rey
We are proud to support Cristo Rey Orange County through its Corporate Work Study Program as a Corporate Partner. Cristo Rey Orange County High School delivers a career focused, college preparatory education in the Catholic tradition for students with limited economic resources, uniquely integrating rigorous academic curricula with four years of professional work experience and support to and through college. Cristo Rey partners with educators, businesses, and communities to enable students to fulfill their aspirations for a lifetime of success.
