Brett Gallow Returns as a Partner of the Firm

We’d like to extend a warm welcome back to the firm to Brett Gallow. Brett has joined our Business Department as a Partner. Brett Gallow’s practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Brett’s experience includes the representation of both buyers and sellers in stock and asset purchases, mergers, management buyouts, reorganizations and similar transactions. Brett frequently collaborates with a variety of business stakeholders, financial and tax advisors, and the firm’s tax and estate planning attorneys, to execute complex transactions and engage in strategic planning that results in significant benefits for clients. Dick Streza Awarded 2022 JUNTOS Award

Dick Streza was honored as a recipient of the prestigious 2022 JUNTOS Award after his selection by Northgate Gonzalez Market. This award recognizes and honors outstanding leaders who uplift the Hispanic community through humanitarian and philanthropic contributions. As an honoree, Dick selected OC Rescue Mission to receive a $2,000 donation in his name provided by Northgate Market.

Sunny Jahangard Recognized as a Top Young Diverse Lawyer (February 1, 2022)

We'd like to congratulate Sanaz 'Sunny' Jahangard for being selected as a Top Young Diverse Lawyer by Orange County Coalition for Diversity in the Law Inc (OCCDL). OCCDL carefully selects these awardees to recognize their achievements in their legal work, as well as their work to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in the Orange County legal community.
