With 35 plus years of legal practice, Vince has worked on over 600 M&A projects with approximately 60% in the representation of sellers, and 40% in the representation of buyers.
Since arriving at Brown & Streza, LLP in April, 2000, in conjunction with the firm’s business tax specialist, Richard E. Streza, Esq., Vince has worked on approximately 24 mergers and acquisitions per year, with sales ranging from $1 million to $100 million dollars. Approximately 30% of the mergers and acquisitions handled by Brown & Streza are private equity recaps where the seller has kept a portion of the company.
