About Michael Feirstein
Michael Feirstein is a real estate attorney and a member of the business planning department with Brown & Streza, LLP. Michael advises and represents investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and business owners in a variety of Real Estate related matters, including Purchases and Sales, Leasing, Loans, Easements, CC&Rs, Joint Ventures, 1031 Exchanges, and other strategic tax planning for real estate portfolios. Michael’s experience covers a broad range of types of real estate, including retail shopping centers, office buildings, industrial properties, multifamily apartment buildings, hotels, and vacant land.
Michael received his Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
In college, Michael co-founded an Olympic weightlifting club where he and the other team members trained to compete in weightlifting competitions. Outside of the office, Michael enjoys staying fit and pursuing his own real estate investing projects.
