About Gary Fitzpatrick
Gary Fitzpatrick is a partner of the Orange County, California law firm of Brown & Streza, LLP. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial real estate, business planning and contracts serving clients in a broad range of sectors, including real property, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, insurance and financial services. Gary also works closely with the firm’s advanced tax and estate planning group on complex structures related to business and succession planning.
Prior to joining Brown & Streza, Gary served as General Counsel for multiple companies, most recently Surfside Ventures, LLC. As General Counsel for companies with thousands of employees and many locations across the United States, Gary understands the complexities of running a business far beyond legal compliance. Gary started his career in private practice as a business and estate planning attorney advising and working closely with high net-worth business owners and families.
Gary earned his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in International Finance from the University of Southern California.
In his free time, Gary enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, working out, surfing and coaching his son’s special needs baseball team which he has done for the past 20 years.
