As an attorney in the Tax, Trust, and Estates Department of Brown & Streza, LLP, Jennifer Park brings passion in providing top-notch legal counsel to high-net-worth individuals and families in all aspects of estate planning, wealth transfer planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, and charitable planning. Jennifer assists clients in developing personalized estate plans that align with their unique circumstances and objectives, while efficiently minimizing estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes through the creation of foundational estate planning documents, including wills and trusts, various irrevocable trusts, business entities, charitable vehicles, and the use of other strategies.

During her time at the University of Virginia School of Law, Jennifer demonstrated her commitment to both the legal field and her community by actively engaging in various organizations. She served on the board of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, West Coast Wahoos, Women of Color, and Student Legal Forum. These leadership roles allowed her to advocate for diversity and inclusion within the legal profession and foster meaningful connections with peers and mentors.

Additionally, Jennifer served on the Editorial Board for the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology, further showcasing her dedication to legal scholarship and staying at the forefront of emerging legal issues in the technology sector.

Jennifer was born in Seoul, Korea, and spent her formative years in the San Francisco Bay Area. During her teenage years, Jennifer was a competitive hip hop dancer and a dedicated athlete, participating in cheerleading, swimming, ultimate frisbee, and track. Outside of the legal realm, Jennifer has a deep passion for fashion and fragrances.
