BIO

Vincent J. Le Pore III is a partner in Brown & Streza’s Business Planning Department. He brings extensive experience in advising businesses and is a specialist in mergers and acquisitions. With 35 plus years of legal practice, Vince has worked on over 600 M&A projects with approximately 60% in the representation of sellers, and 40% in the representation of buyers.

Since arriving at Brown & Streza in April, 2000, in conjunction with the firm’s business tax specialist, Richard E. Streza, Esq., Vince has worked on approximately 24 mergers and acquisitions per year, with sales ranging from $1 million to $100 million dollars. Approximately 30% of the mergers and acquisitions handled by Brown & Streza are private equity recaps where the seller has kept a portion of the company.

Vince is a Martindale-Hubbell AV® Preeminent™ Rated attorney, which is the highest rating possible. Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings are established by lawyers and judges who have personal knowledge of an individual attorney’s work and ethical standards. Since 2011, Vince has also been included on the “Southern California Super Lawyer” list by Los Angeles Magazine annually – a distinction recognizing only 5% of the attorneys in Southern California (excluding San Diego).
