About Sean S. Doucet
Sean Doucet is an attorney in the Business Department of Brown & Streza, LLP, where his practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and contracts, serving clients in a broad range of sectors.
Prior to joining Brown & Streza, Sean practiced corporate law and business litigation at a law firm in San Diego and securities litigation at a law firm in New York City. Sean’s litigation experience provided him with an understanding of how business disputes arise and how to structure contracts and transactions to avoid potential litigation.
Sean earned his Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law, where he completed a concentration in Business & Commercial Law. He also served as a student attorney in the school’s Community Business Clinic and was a member of the Northeastern University Law Review. During law school, Sean interned at state agencies in New Hampshire and Massachusetts as well as at an international law firm in Honolulu, Hawaii. Sean is admitted to practice law in California and New York.
Prior to law school, Sean earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire where he also minored in sports studies and served as a manager of the men’s hockey team.
In his free time, Sean enjoys hiking, golfing, playing hockey, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.
