As an avid entrepreneur, Jay founded several companies including a reputation management company, Repio, Inc. He has obtained several patents for inventions in the emerging online reputation management field. Towards fostering a vibrant entrepreneurial community, he founded MORE Foundation, a nonprofit aimed at reinventing the start-up contest (Fast FWD competitions) for Universities and colleges while helping patent owners. He is also currently a contestant with the IBM Watson Al XPrize.
Jay and his two daughters live in Rossmoor, California. They have a passion for wake boarding and wake surfing in remote locations across the southwest, such as Lake Powell, Utah.
