Beth Rautiola joined Brown and Streza in 2005. Beth is a member of our Business Department focusing on business planning, real estate transactional matters, entity formations and mergers and acquisitions. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree in Sacramento, California from the University of the Pacifc, McGeorge School of Law in 1999, and received her undergraduate education at California State University, Chico. Prior to joining Brown and Streza, Beth served as in-house counsel for five years with a technology company focusing on mergers and acquisitions, real estate negotiations, real estate leasing, licensing, employment matters, and corporate governance. Beth’s primary focus is counseling new and closely held businesses. Beth is a licensed Real Estate Broker, an active member of the Junior League of Orange County California, and a member of NAWBO.
 
From 2008 - 2011 Beth has been named a “Southern California SuperLawyers-Rising Star” by Los Angeles Magazine – a distinction recognizing just 2.5% of attorneys under age 40 for excellence in the practice of law.
